By accessing this site, creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a transaction and that you accept the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
Products and Pricing
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one confirmed on your order. Stock availability may also change.
Orders and Payment
An order becomes binding once payment has been received and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected misuse. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the amount is refunded in full.
Shipping and Delivery
Goods are shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by the courier, the weather or public holidays. Please check the condition of your parcel on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged.
Warranty, Exchange and Returns
We guarantee that products are in working order when they arrive. Claims for damage or an incorrect item can be raised within a reasonable period of receipt, with proof of purchase and photographs of the goods. Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions, by modification or by negligence is not covered.
Installation Services
For survey, design and installation work the scope, cost and schedule are agreed in advance in a written quotation. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the site and for any permits required, unless agreed otherwise.
User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual Property
All logos, text, photographs and other material on this site belong to SunSeason Indonesia or the respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of a product outside its instructions.
